How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Cancercommunicate Floor Coating wants every homeowner who gets in touch to be treated fairly. If something goes wrong, we want to know. This page shows how to raise a concern and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can contact us about:

  • How a call or message with Cancercommunicate Floor Coating was handled
  • How your personal information was used or protected
  • Anything on the site that looks wrong or confusing
  • The behavior of a provider we referred you to

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent companies. Each one handles its own quotes, prices, products, warranties and customer care. If you are unhappy with a floor coating job, first raise it with the provider in writing. Keep copies of everything you send.

Please let us know too. Your feedback helps keep the network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Still, Cancercommunicate Floor Coating cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's charges or act on a provider's behalf.

How to Send a Complaint

Email contact@cancercommunicate.property and include:

  • Your name and contact details
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's company name, if you know it
  • A short account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

What Happens Next

We will confirm by email that we received your message, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into it, which may include speaking with the provider. After that, we will tell you what we found and what we plan to do.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask for a second review. You may also contact your state attorney general, your state consumer protection office, or the Better Business Bureau near you. If the provider is a licensed contractor, your state licensing board may be able to help too.
