Meet Homeowners Who Want Coated Floors
Cancercommunicate Floor Coating is a referral service. We do not hire employees or crews. We connect homeowners with independent providers who already run their own businesses. If you coat garage floors or other concrete, you may be a fit.
Who Fits the Network
We look for independent contractors who work in Denver or nearby parts of the Denver area. Your work might include:
- Epoxy garage floors
- Concrete coating for basements, patios and shops
- Polyaspartic floor coating
- Custom floor finishes
- Other flooring, such as hardwood flooring installation
You do not need to offer every service. Do one thing well, and say clearly what you do.
What We Expect
Think of the network like a neighborhood potluck. It only works if everyone brings something good. Here is what we ask of providers:
- Hold the licenses and insurance that apply where you work, and be ready to show them to homeowners.
- Respond to homeowners politely and in plain words.
- Explain your prep steps, because prep decides how long a coating lasts.
- Give written quotes and stick to them.
- Be honest about timelines, weather and cure times.
- Treat each homeowner as a first-timer who may not know the terms.
How the Arrangement Works
Providers are independent. You set your own prices, schedule and methods. Referral fees may apply when a homeowner is connected to you. We will share the details before you agree to anything.
How to Apply
Send a short email to contact@cancercommunicate.property. Tell us your business name, the services you offer, the towns you cover and how long you have been coating floors. Add a few photos of finished work if you can. We will read every message and reply if there is a fit.
Questions?
If something is unclear, email contact@cancercommunicate.property and ask. A short, honest note is a good place to start.
