How Our Network Works

Who Picks Up the Phone

Cancercommunicate Floor Coating does not employ coating crews. When you reach out, your request goes to an independent provider in our network who serves your area. That business then contacts you directly. You will be talking to the people who would actually do the job, not to a middleman who guesses.

What a Provider May Ask You

Expect a few simple questions. A good chat feels like a doctor's first visit. They want the facts before they suggest anything.

  • Is the floor in a garage, basement or elsewhere?
  • About how many square feet is it?
  • Is there an old coating, oil staining or cracking?
  • Has the slab ever had moisture problems?
  • When would you like the work done?

Photos can help. So can a rough sketch of the room.

Questions to Put to a Provider

You do not need to know the jargon. Just ask in plain words.

  • How will you prepare the concrete before coating?
  • Which system do you suggest for my floor, and why?
  • How long before I can walk on it, and drive on it?
  • What does the written quote include?
  • What happens if the coating peels or bubbles?
  • Do you offer custom floor finishes, like flakes or colors?
  • Are you licensed and insured where I live?

Save the answers. Compare them if you talk to more than one provider.

The Decision Is Yours

A conversation is not a contract. You can ask for a written quote, take your time and say no. Costs vary by job, so treat any number you hear on the phone as a rough guide until it is in writing. Ask early, choose calmly.
